From a young age, Jeremy Savoie aspired to become his own boss and build impactful projects capable of positively transforming the world around him. Coming from a modest family without entrepreneurial backgrounds, he forged his own path to success in real estate. During his youth, everything revolved around hockey for Jeremy. He played at the elite level and even spent a year in the Eastern Hockey League in New Jersey. His interest in real estate truly took off in 2022 after reading a book on financial education and achieving financial freedom through real estate. Subsequently, he undertook numerous specialized training programs to refine his knowledge and deepen his expertise in the field.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

By mid-2022, he held the position of financial analyst in a real estate company in Sherbrooke, playing a key role in the analysis and management of major projects, notably overseeing a property portfolio worth over $100M in assets. This experience allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the financial and strategic dynamics of the sector, enhancing his skills in asset optimization and management while preparing him to lead his own projects confidently.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In December 2022, Jeremy made his first steps in real estate investment by purchasing a four-unit building, marking the beginning of his entrepreneurial journey. This acquisition symbolized the first milestone of an ambitious path. The following year, he continued on this trajectory with several other acquisitions, thereby consolidating his presence in the sector. With a strategic approach and a constant focus on optimization, Jeremy successfully diversified his projects while maximizing their potential and value.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In August 2025, FUTUR Immobilier reached a significant milestone by solidifying its brand identity, reflecting the company’s mission and core values. This pivotal moment reinforced Jeremy’s vision: to transform FUTUR Immobilier into a key player through strategic expansion. Driven by ambition, he aims to build an ambitious future by forging key partnerships and making acquisitions aligned with the company’s mission. Each project embodies a desire to innovate and create value while laying the groundwork for sustainable growth.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Since May 2023, Jeremy has immersed himself in the demanding world of ultramarathons, a discipline he has embraced with unwavering determination. From the first day, he has never missed a single day of running, maintaining a rigorous discipline. This exemplary regularity is illustrated by his daily commitment, even on demanding or difficult days, demonstrating remarkable determination and resilience. Within a year, he accomplished the feat of running over 20 marathons and ultramarathons. Just seven months after his debut, in December 2023, he pushed his limits by completing a monumental 165 km race non-stop in less than 24 hours. He then took on other major challenges, including an Ironman, showcasing his versatility and physical and mental endurance. Jeremy finished first in two prestigious Backyard Ultra events, setting course records in each. At the BigWolf in Levis in June 2024, he covered 255 km in 38 hours, an achievement that solidified his place among elite runners. Similarly, in Gatineau, he completed 207 km in 31 hours, confirming his exceptional endurance and ability to push his limits. These races are among his most impressive achievements and testify to his discipline and extraordinary mental strength.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Jeremy is also highly involved in philanthropic causes. In December 2023, he organized a fundraiser during the 24H Tremblant, and in February 2024, he led a sports challenge in Saguenay\u2013Lac-Saint-Jean for the Sur la pointe des pieds Foundation. A partner of Enfant Soleil and a member of the Cercle de la rel\u00e8ve committee of the Montreal Children\u2019s Hospital, he combines his sporting and entrepreneurial passions to give back to the community. A fervent advocate of best practices in health and longevity, Jeremy demonstrates remarkable discipline in his daily habits. His commitment and achievements have earned him several distinctions, including the Rookie of the Year title from the MREX College in October 2024, and a place among the eight finalists selected across Canada for the prestigious Young Leader Award at the Toronto Real Estate Forum in December 2024. Furthermore, Jeremy has enriched his impact by participating in numerous conferences, where he passionately shares his journey, learnings, and inspiring vision, motivating a new generation of entrepreneurs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Most recently, he took on an extreme endurance challenge by creating and completing the Montr\u00e9al-Qu\u00e9bec winter race on February 28, 2025. This unique event covered over 318 km in 56 hours of continuous running in the harsh winter conditions of Quebec, pushing the limits of human resilience and determination. Additionally, Jeremy lead a fundraising campaign for Enfant Soleil, raising a total of $32,000 to support children’s health initiatives.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
